After reciting his introductory poem, Jiang Feng casually flicked his whisk and said, "This humble Taoist is none other than the Longevity Emperor, under the command of the Second Gentleman Manifesting Sage of Guanjiang Estuary!"
Ling Xuzi gasped and quickly stepped forward to pay his respects, saying, "Greetings, Emperor Wanshou!"
Jiang Feng nodded slightly and said, "Seeing that you are devoted to cultivating the Dao, Erlang Zhenjun specially bestowed upon you a celestial pill, which he asked me to pass on to you."
Once you have taken the elixir and shed your demonic form, you can go to Guanjiang Estuary to assume a divine post.
Ling Xuzi was overjoyed and repeatedly kowtowed, saying, "This disciple thanks Erlang Zhenjun for his favor, thanks Erlang Zhenjun for bestowing the elixir, and thanks Emperor Wanshou for coming to present it!"
Jiang Feng chuckled and took out a pill from his treasure pouch.
The pill emitted a black aura and smelled foul. Ling Xuzi sniffed, looking troubled, and said, "Emperor Wanshou, what is the name of this pill? Why does it smell so... so different from others!"
Jiang Feng smiled and explained to him, "This elixir is called the Nine-Turn Leg-Stretching and Eye-Staring Pill. It is made by refining a variety of immortal herbs, plus the unique immortal medicine of Erlang Shen, for eighty-one days."
"Eat it, and you will gain the same third eye as Erlang Shen, hence the name 'Staring Eye Pill.'"
